Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is SCI Nordea (SIREN 985 078 617), publisher of the Global Workforce Living website. For any question about your data, use the contact form or write to us on WhatsApp at +33 6 29 20 48 07 mentioning “personal data”.

What data do we collect?

Only what you enter in our forms (quick quote request, project brief, property submission):

• your contact details: name, company, email, phone;
• information about your project: site location, number of people, dates and length of stay, budget, invoicing, requirements;
• for property owners: information about the property you offer;
• the free-text message you choose to write.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are needed to handle your request. The others are optional.

Why, and on what legal basis?

• Replying to your request and preparing a proposal: your consent (tick box) and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Managing the business relationship (follow-ups, history of exchanges): our legitimate interest in developing our activity with professionals.
• Meeting our legal obligations (accounting, invoicing) if a rental is concluded.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who receives your data?

Authorised people at SCI Nordea, and the technical providers strictly necessary:

• Netlify, Inc.: website hosting and form reception;
• our email service, to receive and process requests;
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you write to us through that channel.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).

How long do we keep your data?

• Requests that lead nowhere: 3 years from our last exchange.
• If a rental is concluded: for the duration of the relationship, then according to legal retention periods (for example 10 years for accounting records).

What are your rights?

You can at any time ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw your consent. Write to us (see above): we reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: cnil.fr.

Cookies and trackers

This website uses neither audience-measurement cookies nor advertising cookies. The fonts (Google Fonts) are loaded from Google’s servers, which may send your IP address to Google. If we add an analytics tool, this page will be updated and your consent will be requested where the law requires it.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS and access to the requests we receive is limited to the people who need it.
